CP CUSTOM PISTONS can give you the edge on the competition. Features include superb ring seal, higher vacuum, lower blow-by, greater durability and increased HP & torque up through the higher RPM band. Better yet, peak horsepower is retained throughout the life of the piston rings. This is achieved by lightweight forgings and CP's exclusive machining techniques and processes.

Precision multi-step CNC machined ring groove process Pressure fed dual pin oilers
Pin hole oil reservoirs
Pick lock groove: easy lock removal
CNC machined dome & dish shapes
Precision machined side relief with controlled thickness Computer generated CNC machined skirt
Accumulator groove on second ring land

CP kits include:

Forged pistons.
Wrist pins: high carbon, case-hardened.
Locks: carbon steel wire or spiral.

High quality matching chrome / nitride steel or moly faced ductile iron ring sets are available separately. ATOMIC also carries Total Seal ring sets in Zero-Gap and standard gap designs.
