Shipping (48 continental states): All orders will be shipped from ATOMIC's warehouse by the fastest and/or most economical method of UPS Ground method or United States Postal Service (USPS), unless an express method is requested. All shipping charges applied to ATOMIC orders include insurance and handling/packaging fees. Shipments charged to third-party accounts will incur a $5.00 handling fee.

 

All shipments are F.O.B. Moorpark, California, unless drop-shipped from ATOMIC's suppliers.

 

Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service. ATOMIC cannot be responsible for damages due to carriers' negligence.

Your freight broker/forwarder may be utilized, however ALL international shipping arrangements must be fulfilled by the final recipient before shipment from ATOMIC. ATOMIC will not be responsible for merchandise once in possession of the freight broker/forwarder.

Shipping cost will be door to door, excluding the destination country's duty and tax.  All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of these duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws.  Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws.  These charges are normally due at the time of delivery and are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by ATOMIC.
